“ I really want to recommend my English teacher to everyone!

I've been to the states for several years, I took some lessons when I just came here, but I was busy with work, and I didn’t have time to continue learning it well, not to mention after having kids!

I vegged out for a long time, even my kids started going to school, I was afraid of speaking English to them because I worried that my accent would affect their pronunciation! Now, since I work from home, I really want to spend some time learning English well. I tried to sign up for a learning account that was recommended by a very popular YouTuber in Taiwan, but I didn’t find any suitable teachers, and I have no motivation to keep learning on that website!

Until a while ago, I saw a Taiwanese girl recommend City Talk, I decided to sign up for a trial lesson! I was into the teacher’s teaching after the first lesson, I kept telling my hubby that the teacher was nice and full of patience, she was also good at teaching pronunciation (my teacher is a New Yorker)! She always uses fun ways to teach me advanced English, keeps sharing some tips on how to pronounce words properly. Because of different mother languages, when Taiwanese speak English, sometimes we don’t pronounce words well and the teacher corrects me all the time, she also encourages me to tell English stories to my kids!

Either you want to learn English, or improve your English abilities, I truly recommended City Talk! Since I got my confidence back and keep improving my English, I always look forward to having my lessons every week! This is my personal experience sharing!”
